Terms & Conditions - Limited Offer

Valid Until: 1 December 2025

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the limited-time design services offer ("Offer") provided by MadeReality Studio ("we," "us," "our") to clients ("you," "your").

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Responsive Website Package (£1,499)
  • Two (2) design concepts for client review

  • Up to five (5) custom pages

  • Mobile-responsive design

  • Basic content support (editing and refinement of client-provided content)

  • Basic on-page SEO implementation

  • Website built using Framer platform

  • Site transfer to client's Framer account and initial setup assistance

  • Thirty (30) days of post-launch technical support for bug fixes

1.2 Brand Identity Package (£1,249)
  • Two (2) initial identity concepts

  • Two (2) rounds of revisions on the selected final concept

  • Colour palette and typography guidelines

  • Basic brand guidelines document

  • Comprehensive asset pack (logo files in multiple formats)

  • Business card design

  • Social media banner templates

1.3 Complete Package (£2,499)
  • All services included in both Responsive Website and Brand Identity packages

  • Integrated creative direction ensuring brand and website cohesion

  • Priority scheduling and faster turnaround time

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is required to commence work. Projects will not begin until deposit payment is received.

2.2 Final Payment

The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due upon project completion and before final file delivery or site transfer.

2.3 Payment Methods

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other agreed methods. All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude any applicable VAT.

2.4 Late Payment

Final files and site transfer will be withheld until full payment is received. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur late payment fees.

3. Project Timeline

3.1 Commencement

Work begins within five (5) business days of deposit receipt and completion of project brief.

3.2 Estimated Delivery
  • Brand Identity: 2-3 weeks from project start

  • Responsive Website: 3-4 weeks from project start

  • Complete Package: 4-5 weeks from project start

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity.

3.3 Client Delays

Delays caused by late client feedback, content provision, or approval will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. Projects paused for more than thirty (30) days may be subject to rescheduling fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Content Provision

Client is responsible for providing all required content, including:

  • Text copy for all pages

  • Images, logos, or brand assets (if applicable)

  • Any specific requirements or functionality needs

4.2 Timely Feedback

Client agrees to provide feedback and approvals within five (5) business days of each presentation. Failure to respond may result in project delays or automatic approval of presented work.

4.3 Framer Account

For website projects, client must create a Framer account prior to site transfer. Client is responsible for all hosting fees charged directly by Framer.

5. Revisions & Changes

5.1 Included Revisions
  • Brand Identity: Two (2) rounds of revisions on the selected concept

  • Website: Two (2) rounds of design revisions during the concept phase

  • Revisions must be consolidated and provided in a single written document

5.2 Additional Revisions

Revision requests beyond the included allowance will be quoted separately at £75 per hour.

5.3 Scope Changes

Significant changes to project scope, additional pages, or new features beyond the original brief will be quoted as additional work.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

6.1 Full Ownership Transfer

Upon receipt of final payment, client receives full ownership and unlimited usage rights to all deliverables, including:

  • All final design files and assets

  • Brand identity elements

  • Website design and code

6.2 Pre-Transfer Rights

Until final payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with MadeReality Studio.

6.3 Third-Party Assets

Client is responsible for obtaining licenses for any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) used in the final product that require ongoing licensing.

6.4 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Website Hosting & Technical

7.1 Framer Hosting

Websites are built on the Framer platform. Client is responsible for:

  • Creating and maintaining their own Framer account

  • Paying all hosting fees directly to Framer

  • Managing their account credentials and security

7.2 Site Transfer

Upon final payment, we will transfer the completed site to the client's Framer account and provide basic setup guidance.

7.3 Post-Transfer Modifications

Any modifications, content updates, or technical issues arising from client changes after site transfer are not covered under support and will be charged at £75 per hour.

8. Support Period

8.1 Included Support

Website projects include thirty (30) days of technical support from the date of site transfer, covering:

  • Bug fixes related to our original build

  • Technical issues with functionality as originally delivered

  • Basic guidance on site usage

8.2 Excluded from Support

Support does not cover:

  • Content updates or changes

  • Design modifications

  • New features or functionality

  • Issues arising from client modifications

  • Third-party plugin or integration issues

  • Hosting-related issues (managed by Framer)

8.3 Post-Support Assistance

After the support period, technical assistance is available at £75 per hour with a one (1) hour minimum.

9. Warranties & Limitations

9.1 Our Warranty

We warrant that:

  • Work will be performed in a professional manner

  • Designs will be original or properly licensed

  • Website will function as demonstrated at time of delivery

9.2 Client Warranty

Client warrants that:

  • All content provided does not infringe on third-party rights

  • Client has authority to enter into this agreement

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9.4 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Search engine rankings or SEO results

  • Website traffic or conversion rates

  • Business outcomes or revenue generation

10. Cancellation & Refunds

10.1 Client Cancellation

If client cancels the project after work has commenced:

  • Deposit is non-refundable

  • Client will be invoiced for work completed to date

  • Partial deliverables may be provided at our discretion

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to terminate the project if:

  • Client fails to provide required materials or feedback for more than thirty (30) days

  • Client conducts themselves in an abusive or unprofessional manner

  • Payment terms are not met

In such cases, the deposit is non-refundable and client will be invoiced for work completed.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project, except as required by law or with written consent.

12. Offer Validity

This Offer is valid for projects booked between the effective date and 1 December 2025. Pricing and terms are subject to change after this date. Projects must be booked (deposit paid) by the offer end date to qualify.

13. General Terms

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed proposal or contract, constitute the entire agreement between parties.

13.2 Amendments

Any amendments to these Terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

13.4 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

13.5 Assignment

Client may not assign or transfer their rights under this agreement without our written consent.
